Who we are
Open Mind is an independent, wholly Australian owned research consultancy,
with strong international links to the UK, Europe, South East Asia
and the USA. We were founded in 1992, and offer a full range
of strategically derived market research services.
Our team of 11 research practitioners comprises:
- 2 principals
- 7 senior research directors
- In house recruitment manager
- 3 specialist analysts
- 2 admin staff.

- An Extensive national field network
- Computer Assisted Telephone and Personal Interviewing facilities

Where to find us
Our head office is located on the fringe of the city in the exciting
university suburb of Carlton.
A 19th Century Mansion that once housed an art gallery, hides
a very contemporary Nonda Kastilides renovation complex with reflective
Koi pool. It provides an inviting setting for respondents, and
an exciting work environment for clients and our team.
It features a test kitchen and 2 in-house group rooms, with:
- State of the art audio and video recording facilities
- Client viewing via one way mirror or closed circuit TV.
